Poll shows support for regulating marijuana

A poll released Wednesday found that almost two-thirds of San Diego residents support the regulation of medical marijuana dispensaries to varying degrees, but few want to ban them outright.

The poll of 505 adults who live in the city was done Oct. 14-17 for the Web site KeepComingBack.com by San Diego-based Competitive Edge Research and Communication.
