Judge rejects marijuana rule in Denver
Medical marijuana providers regained some breathing room Tuesday when a judge threw out a controversial rule the state Board of Health adopted last week.
Chief Denver District Judge Larry Naves ripped the state health department for revising its rules on medical marijuana last week at a hastily called meeting that allowed no public testimony.
"Boards ... when they impact the lives of our citizens, they have to give notice, listen to them, and then they may act," Naves said.
