Found THC Gene — we can now “make” stuff

From the Journal of Experimental Botany, lead researcher David Marks finds the candidate genes that affect THC bio-synthesis. Marks concludes that the level of THC in Cannabis is proportionate to control of the pistils, or hairs, coming from the node regions of female plants.
